Cannot set up E5 subscription

From my profile page I click "Set up E5 subscription", choose "Instant sandbox", fill in the form and then get to the phone verification.

Uploading an image in this form fails, but my situation is very similar to the one described in this question.

Key differences: I have a Dutch number for the text message and actually receive the 5-digit code. The "Set up"-button is still greyed out though, so I have no way to continue.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble signing in to set up an E5 subscription.

    Perhaps this may be a temporary glitch try again after a few hours. Also, you can try using a different browser.

    If that does not work, the next step, I will recommend is to contact the Microsoft support team again via https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, as they have access to your account and will be in the best position to help.
