MDM Issue

Hi,

Premium user need to be added to MDM, used the Company Portal to add it but gives the error " Your device is already connected by your organization" and when I check on Intune Portal I don't see the user email nor the device in Windows Devices section, only have been added to

All other users work fine but this one and Tried to add another user with Premium License to the same Windows but still gives the same error, please advise

Just need another thought of the issue and how to solve or workaround it.
