Export and Import OU

Question

i have ou name "sales", inside this ou, another ou name department and inside this ou i have four groups , group1,group2,group3 and group4.
how can i take the backup of OU, which include sub ou and include the sub ou data as well,likes all the four groups

if by chance, my sub ou removed, how can i restore and bring all the groups inside that ou.
