Error restoring Skype4B registry key from file

is there a way to resolve the errors for Skype4B. Seeing the following in the FSLogix Logs

[ERROR:00000005] Error restoring Skype4B registry key from file: eula.reg (Access is denied.)
[ERROR:00000005] Error restoring Skype4B registry key from file: General.reg (Access is denied.)
[ERROR:00000005] Error restoring Skype4B registry key from file: PTWatson.reg (Access is denied.)
[ERROR:00000005] Error restoring Skype4B registry key from file: Skype.reg (Access is denied.)

We are also seeing the following errors

Error restoring OneNote registry key from file: eula.reg (Access is denied.)

Failed attempted attach to OneNote, the application may not work correctly (Access is denied.)

I get the same error messages with "Failed to run import action on OneNote registry key: eula.reg (Access is denied.)" and "Failed attempted attach to OneNote, the application may not work correctly (Access is denied.)"
