OneNote sync error

Question

I've been having problems syncing onenote lately, the error code is:  80072EFD bdf5j. Not sure how to fix it.

I have two version of the OneNote. The OneNote for Windows10 can sync properly ，but it`s not easy to use .

So i want to edit on the other one, but it can not sync.

I had uninstalled and reinstalled it and it didn`t work.

otherwise, i can not log in the software of onedrive. But i can log in on the website.

3. If the issue persists, follow these steps to check the sync status.

In OneNote, click View files > information > sync status. In the Sync Shared Notebook dialog box, click the notebook icon with a yellow warning triangle to specify the name of the partition that is causing the synchronization problem. Click Sync Now next to the notebook that contains the section.

4. Make sure that your OneNote files are synced online.

Go to www.Onenote.com/ to view the files. If so, the files will sync correctly. There may be a problem with Windows OneNote. You can import files locally.

Maybe ，the first one is OneNote 2016 。

And i think the DNS problem is the reason why i cannot log in。
