Microsoft Forms Response Notification Emails Not Being Received

We initially set-up an individual Microsoft Forms Form which has been converted to a group Form and we are not getting e-mail notifications when responses are received.

We have tried following the support articles we could find for this but none have solved the issue.

These are the support articles we reviewed that did not solve the issue:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/send-form-invitations-and-manage-notifications-ca969c59-e27a-475d-9f24-4da924158949?storagetype=live#articleFooterSupportBridge=discoverBridge

and

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/troubleshoot/microsoft-forms/no-email-notifications-for-responses-to-group-forms

We have confirmed that we have our group notification settings set to “Get email notification of each response” as well as confirming the other settings covered in the links above.

    Dear Nathaniel,

Good day! Thank you for posting your query in our community.

Based on your description, you can't receive the email notifications after changing the form to a group form. And the problem persists after you setup the related settings.

We assume the problem maybe relate to the backend, more resources need to be involved on the issue in your environment. I suggest you follow the steps in the article to open a ticket, this is a most efficient way to fix the issue in your environment. Because the engineers in related team have higher permission and more resource than us to help check it from background and collect the log remotely, and they will continue to investigate this issue further and provide suggestion for you.

    Appreciate your understanding.

    Sincerely,

    Jazlyn | Microsoft Community Moderator
