I lost registered account on authenticator

Hi everyone,

I lost my mobile phone data a couple weeks ago when I upgraded to ios software of my iPhone. I didn’t get backup before upgrade:( Authenticator app data’s also deleted and I haven’t backup settings, so I can’t login my social media account (Instagram, Facebook etc.) please help me immediately because all my individual social account now stopped to sharing also our brand’s account. How can I add my old accounts on Microsoft Authentication. I’m currently using same mobile phone.

    If there were no cloud backups then it sounds like you'll need to use the service provider's methods of account recovery.
