Microsoft Planner task comments issues

I'm just wondering why the notifications when comments posted under planner task only reach to people who already commented before , are there any way to notify all the user who are assigned to the task without the need for them to post a comment before .

moreover I was searching for a power automate option to receive a teams message when comment posted under a task (only for the assigned user to the task)

thanks .

    Dear respected Babiker Hamid,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, in Microsoft planner honestly, the comment in the task will be sent to your plan's Microsoft 365 Group **** and Anyone who has already commented on the task before.

To answer of your question, I did a lot of research and found answer of the reason "why the notifications when comments posted under planner task only reach to people who already commented before" Previously, whenever a user posted a task comment, a notification was sent to the inbox of all plan members subscribed to the plan’s group. This meant lots of users received comment notifications on tasks (task comment notification emails are too much). Due to this behavior and the user's feedback to Microsoft I believe Microsoft decided to be rolled out an update to Planner’s so that users will no longer receive comment notification emails in their inbox for tasks they have never commented on.

And I believe that's the reason notification comments send to the people who already commented before.

For power Automate Flow trigger to receive a team's message when comment posted under a task, there is specific power Automate Flow community to Handly those question, to avoid any incorrect information from our side, we’ll suggest you post in Microsoft Power Automate Community for expert assistance and to see if there is trigger to meet your requirement. This is a specific channel related to issues with Power Automate.

The reason I ask you to post a new thread is that in Answers forum, we have limited resources and very little knowledge about Power Automate and in Microsoft Power Automate Community, you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction.
