We have a Microsoft business account in which we have one global admin user.
Since my colleague starting a new role we have been needing to verify the account however the telephone number linked to the account we do not have access to.
We have raised a support ticket number (3******5) 4 weeks ago and are still waiting for an engineer to call - despite calling everyday.
We have called the Microsoft commercial technical support team on 0800 032 6417 and was then transferred to the data technical support team to be told an engineer has been assigned to this case and they will call in time. We have waited 4 weeks for this call and had nothing.
This is our last hope to get this fixed.

There is no direct way to contact data protection team. It seems your ticket already escalated to data protection team you have to wait until they will reach you.
