Custom Permissions

Hello,

Is there a way to create custom permissions? I want people to be able to contribute information but not create their own views. "Contribute" & "Edit" permission levels allow people to create views and "Read" permissions doesn't let them contribute any information.

Hi Brendan,

Thanks for posting your inquiry on our community. I am very glad to help you on it.

You can custom a permission based on contribute to uncheck "manage personal views" and it may realize your request. Here are some screenshots for your reference.

Then you will be able to see this new custom permission in permission level and you can assign user with this permission.
