We have a family plan subscription. On my computer the office programs are showing as logged in. When I try to login under my tablet it requires a login. When I login it returns back to the request for me to login. I am not using all of my family members. I still have 1 available. It has worked until recently.

Thank you for your reply. If the email is not appearing on the list of users you share your subscription with, you can share your Microsoft 365 Family subscription with other user accounts by following the steps below:

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account, Sharing page using this link https://account.microsoft.com/services/office/sharing. Be sure to use the same Microsoft account that you used to set up your Microsoft 365 Family subscription.
    2. On the Sharing tab, select Start sharing.
    3. On the Share Office pop up, choose one of the below options.

    a. Invite via email

Enter their email and select Invite. The email you use to invite them should also be the email they use for their shared Microsoft 365 subscription. They can then click on the Accept link in the email to Get Started installing Microsoft 365 Family.

    b. Invite via link

Select the Copy button to send the link via email, text, or other message to the person you want to share with. When they click the link and sign in with their Microsoft account, they'll be added to your subscription.

Yes it is an active account however, the email that I'm using for the tablet is not appearing on the list of users. Yet, this email it is logged in and working fine on my computer just not the tablet under the same credentials.

Thank you. I tried your suggestion. I logged into the account in Excel and received the one-time code on my email to verify the account access. Again I receive the error. The error message that I receive under Excel and Word are "No Microsoft 365 subscription was found for (my email address). Try Microsoft 365 free for a month or use another account to activate an existing subscription."

The account works fine for the Outlook app on my computer and tablet but not Excel or Word.
