Section Breaks and Headers

Hello everyone, happy new year!

I've always have this problem but never asked and never found the answer in google, SO, I'm making a change to a document and the current revision has 5 unnecessary section breaks (unnecessary because all of the headers and footers are "Link to previous") as you can see in the picture.

I deleted the section break that you saw in the previous picture, but, every time, since I have memory, not only this time, the header in the whole document disappears, I never understood why this happens, and what I always have to do is copy the header, delete the section break and paste the header again

Headers and footers are in the section.

Header/Footer Settings Recap

If you do delete a section break, you will delete that section's header and footer formatting. This formatting is contained in the section break following the text.
