Concerning the version, we have a Microsoft 365 apps for business subscription. I see version 2304 in the product information but I don't know what it corresponds to.
Unfortunately, I don't have a screenshot of the issue because we've already fixed the problem in the file in question.
I'm not sure I understand the solution you're proposing. If I just deactivate the tracking of formatting changes, I won't have any more problems, will I?
I'd like to point out that we need to keep track of changes to know what changes have been made, but maybe layout changes are less important to keep track of. I need to check with the team.
I saw on another forum that this problem occurs because some of the people working on the Word document open it on the desktop application and others on the browser application. Do you think this could be related?
