Can you try in another browser, as I suggested?

If it works well on another browser or open the browser in private or incognito mode, then on the browser you normally use, clear the cookies and try again.

    Hello again,

First, I need you to check your OneDrive storage to be sure that the issue is not from the storage.

Go to OneDrive.com Click the gear (settings) icon on the right of your screen > Click Options and Click Manage Storage.

There you will see a bar that will tell you if you need to create more space on your OneDrive and where the space needs to be created from either OneDrive or Outlook

Second, can you try this on another browser? If it works well on another browser or open the browser in private or incognito mode, then on the browser you normally use, clear the cookies and try again.
