Duplicate Subscription

My subscription for 365 is taken twice a year and then the January one is refunded. How do I stop the January one and keep the June one as I want to keep the 365 Subscription. I lost the details for January when I thought I had cancelled it.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. First, you need to investigate this charges from your Microsoft billing history by signing into https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

    Please understand that in order to get a refund for the Microsoft 365 subcription, you will need to cancel the Microsoft 365 subscription.

    I am sorry but this is a user community, we can not access your account to know this information.

    You need to contact Microsoft billing support to assist investigate this charge using the steps below:

    1. Go to http://support.office.com/home/chat
    2. Describe your issue (Inquiry about double charges for Microsoft 365 subscription) and click 'Get Help'. Then scroll down to select Contact support.
    3. Select your product (Microsoft 365 and Office) and category (manage my subscription) > click Confirm.
    4. Click ‘Chat with support agent’ > Confirm.
    5. Click Start Chat.
