    Dear Lokesh Prajapati,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

Based on your description, you want to know how to archive mails in a group since your group storage is almost full.

Based on my research, currently for group, we could not archive emails in them, it's a design limitation for groups. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Microsoft continuously strives to improve its products and to provide a better experience to its consumers. At this point, we would like to have our engineers be aware of the said concern. I'd like to let you know that there is a website for collecting Microsoft customers' feedbacks, I found a feedback link which has the similar concern: Microsoft Groups Mailbox can not be managed!! · Community. I voted for it, and I'k like to invete you to vote too, through this, our support engineers will be able to collate data and supporting details regarding this and might consider adding the feature as a good ground for future updates.

At the same time, I suggest you can consider using shared mailbox for a work around, since for shared mailboxes, we can configure archiving for them: About shared mailboxes - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. To enable archiving for a shared mailbox, follow the steps below:

    1. Sign into exchange admin center (https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/) with your office 365 admin account.
    2. Navigate to recipients – mailbox, click the shared mailbox, under Others, click Manage mailbox archive to enable archiving. click save at last. Here is the screenshot for your reference:

Note: A user must have an Exchange Online license in order to access a shared mailbox. Shared mailboxes don’t require a separate license. However, if you want to enable In-Place Archive or put an In-Place Hold or a Litigation Hold on a shared mailbox, you must assign an Exchange Online Plan 1 with Exchange Online Archiving or Exchange Online Plan 2 license to the shared mailbox.

I hope the information above can be useful for you. If there is any update or I misunderstand you, please feel free to let me know. I will continue to assist you. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    Sherry | Microsoft Community Moderator
