Hi,

A Microsoft Form that has been in use for a year or two is now giving the error "Sorry, something went wrong, this form doesn't exist."

Session id: b8c001f5-50c4-4272-a6a2-191983f38201, Correlation id: b7fa31fc-5c98-4c1a-990a-a706a3fdfc12

I am the creator of this form. I found a post on this forum that recommended trying the forms use the forms link in an Incognito Window and also to check the Forms recycle bin. I tried both and neither worked.

Can you please help with this? I would like to somehow get the form back and working in its original state.

Thank you,

S

    Hi,

The form is still not working.

The form was created online at office.com -> Apps -> Forms. Would a corporate global admin control microsoft applications on office.com?

    Thanks,

    Shane
