Add both series to the chart.
Then select one of the series and format it,
Specify that it should be plotted on the secondary axis:

I have a simple table of distance (km) and speed (mins/km) versus time. I have created two separate graphs of these. I have been unsuccessful in creating one graph of these with separate y axes. Every time I try to combine them I get ridiculous axes generated by Excel.
