Can't verify through Authentication App

I cannot login my O365 developer account as my Authentication App got bugged. When I tried to sign-in, my Authentication App did not pop up the number as shown.

And when I clicked "I can't use my Microsoft Authentication App Right Now", it brought me to the alternative page. But I only got the options of "Approve a request on my Microsoft Authentication App" and "Use a verification code", which both required me to have the App activated.

I think the App might be malfunctioned due to the fact that I have recently changed my device. I have no means to reset my 2-step verification options now, but I still got my password and my backup email available that I can still change my password.

Can you suggest me the ways to sign in my account in that situation?

    The only options I got were

    1. "Approve a request on my Microsoft Authentication App"

    2 "Use a verification code"

    which both required me to have the App activating.

    I do not have other Admin account for this Tenant, and I just can't enter to Azure to reset my login option as it still requires me to login first.

    I am just wondering if Microsoft Support Team could verify my identity with my ID, password and backup email, and help me reset the login option first.

    Cause it seems quite ridiculous that I could still change the password for my account, but I can't sign in due to the malfunction of Authentication App.
