The "Track Changes" in MS365 word doesn't work as it is.

I am using MS365 Word.
The track changes is enable and can be turned on, do any setting on it.
Look at the attached screen shot of the setting I have tried.
After setting done, I open any word file, do whatever change, but it doesn't show the changes I made. By right, it should show all changes I made until I accept that change.
But in this case, the changes executed same as when the track change is off.
Please advise anything wrong?
