Error unknown error with registry settings while open a ACCDB database file

When we open a Work Request .accdb file there is a Error "unknown error with registry settings" while open a ACCDB database file

How to resolve this issue?

Windows 10 is installed on laptop.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Access | For business | Windows

    Does the error occur immediately or somewhere in the application? Can you open the file while holding down a shift key? Can you get to the navigation pane?

    No, It does not appear with every Access file i attempt to open. it is only with that particular file on my laptop.

    It is only for me , other users are able to open the Work request file.

    We download the Work Request Queue for our SharePoint. It opens with name "Work Request System.accdb" file. When i open that file there is a error " UNKNOWN error with registry settings".

    I have not heard of this error message with Access. Does it appear with every Access file you attempt to open? Does it happen for every user?
