Good day.
As per the error message, please try to reset OneDrive. The steps are as below:
1, Please double check and stop OneDrive sync in local computer.
2, Please try to uninstall OneDrive app and move the synced folder to others.
3, After restart computer and try to install with the latest OneDrive app from online.
4, Please login and try to resync all folder to local computer.
