- Do you have Office 365 or excel app to open the . Xls files?
- Do you get any error code/message when viewing the files directly from Outlook (Microsoft Mail)?
To open the sheets (Excel files), you will need an excel program.
Because, when you find the attachments in the Mail, you will get the option for download.
Download the file and open it from the excel application.
