Office 365 authentication: error code 0x0

I performed a routine upgrade to macOS Monterey 12.2

When trying to access MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word etc.) with a university licence I am asked to activate the software.

Entering my usual credentials I only get an error message with "error code 0x0".

Re-installed Office 365 package and remove Office license files using the license removal tool, then open any Office app and try to activate., but issue persists.

Any suggestions??https://answerscdn.microsoft.com/static/images/image-not-found.jpg

    Dear Khomenko Evgeniy,

Good day and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

As per the description shared, I understand you are not able to activate the Office apps after upgrading the Mac OS and the problem persists even after removing the complete previous Office activation using removal tool, I would like to suggest you try activating the Office apps using different network and check the result.

If the same problem persists, can you please try to disable the antivirus, proxy, firewall or VPN temporarily and check the result.

If this didn't resolve the issue, please try to create a new user profile on your Mac and try to check whether Office apps can be activated.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

    Best Regards,
