    I did a sheet that has a few tabs, i added a new tab yesterday and when i opened my sheet this morning it asked me something about saving, and i click no. thinking i did not want to save the sheet now, im still busy working on it, so now my 1 tab that i was working on, is gone.

    Check your auto recover file location, is there any file in it. Try Recover from that file.

    C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel\
