is there any formulas to sort example a1-a20,b1-b20,c1-c20 etc and the same time aa1-aa2, b1-bb2,cc1-cc20 on this same sheet another way I get a1,a10,a11 or aa1,aa10 what is not in the order I try custom sort to input data but I thinks there is a limit on inputting

You have to split the characters and the numbers into separate helper columns, then sort by this columns to get aa1, aa2, ... aa9, aa10, aa11 as order.
