Is there a way to program Excel maybe through VBA or through conditional formatting where a name will be highlighted red no matter where it is typed on a spreadsheet? Is this possible for multiple names at the same time based on a criteria?
I attached a screenshot of an example of what I'm working on...I was able to highlight the insured employees' names red with conditional formatting for the left table, but how can I get their names to also be red on the right table without doing it individually? The real list is much longer so doing it manually is not efficient.
