We have noticed an inconsistency between what Azure update management is reporting and what we see in the WSUS
One host is marked compliant in Update management

But is missing updates for WSUS

this is not good as it can be misleading
what can be the cause ?
thanks

Update management looks at the approval state in WSUS to determine compliance. If there are no critical or security patches approved then Update Management considers it to be compliant. If you approve it in WSUS it should show non-compliant in the dashboard.
