Hi Narayandatta,
Thanks for posting in the community. We are happy to help you.
According to the error message, it may be caused by the existing credentials. Please try the following steps, then check again.
- Go to Data > Get Data > Data Source Settings > Global permissions > click “Clear Permissions” to clear all permissions.
- Please reopen the workbook via File> Open, then refresh the data. The user should see a prompt window. Please select "Microsoft account/Organization account", then sign into the account and check again.
If the problem still happens, please provide more details for us to troubleshoot.
- Please provide a screenshot of the error message.
- Since the problem only happens to a few users, I want to know if the Office version and product are different from others. You can click File> Account to check the version and product name.
- Does the problem happen to a specific file or also happen to other Power Query files?
We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
George | Microsoft Community Moderator
