Please i need your help on this issue.

We want to purchase Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account license but it is impossible to find

I had the same problem and I opened a ticket with microsoft, so they asnwered

"I can confirm that you got the Microsoft teams domestic calling plan from the reseller, 

I can also confirm that you got the Microsoft teams phone standard from the reseller.

However, I can confirm that they are also canceled and deleted,

If you got these licenses from a reseller, you would not be able to see the teams phone resource account to buy directly from the portal,

I would advise you to reach out to the reseller.

if you would like to get the teams phone resource account directly from the portal, you would need to purchase calling plan, phone system directly from Microsoft portal."

So I spoke with the reseller and they had my licenses, it may be your problem as well, but that was mine problem and solution at least.

Same issue, the license is simply not listed in the 'Purchase Services' menu under any category, nor is it found searching.

I've found this to be true for a few tenants while others display it as expected..
