Request and display data from data source (Sharepoint Online) within a Form.

I have a form on which I'd like to present information (from a SPO list) based on a Get Items (SP) action that is filtered by the UPN for the Get User Profile (V2) (Office 365 Users). Essentially, as soon as the form opens I'd like it to something to the effect of:

John Smith, the following email address currently exists for you in our Sharepoint list: ******@mail.com

I want to do this before the submit button for the form is pressed. Can it be done?

Microsoft 365 and Office | SharePoint | For business | Windows

    Dear Jhan48,

Thanks for posting in Microsoft community. We are glad to help you.

May I know if you are using flows with Power Automate in SharePoint list? If yes, considering we mainly focus on general and build-in queries in SharePoint Online, we may have limited resource about Power Automate flows.

At the same time, considering we have a dedicated channel Microsoft Power Automate Community - Power Platform Community, for you to be assisted properly, we sincerely recommend you go to that community and post a new thread, members and engineers over there are proficient in the knowledge of Power Automate and SharePoint customization queries. They will focus on the specific situation on your side and share specific suggestions. We are sure that our experts from that team can address your query effectively and accurately.

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation! Hope you keep safe and healthy always.

    Sincerely,

    Sean | Microsoft Community Moderator
