Edit text in Vertical axis - Bar Chart

Hi, 

I have created the below chart. On the vertical axis, I would like to rotate the text (Question 1, question 2, etc.) so all the text is 0 degrees (like Brian and Kate). How do I do this?.

    Generally, we change the text direction of the vertical axis in a "Format Axis" in the dialog box, as like shown in below screenshot:

    As per your description, can I know does in your data sheet the Text (Question 1, question 2 and Brian and Kate) are in separate column cell? If yes, then you need to first combine text into one column cell or putt Text in one column then create a bar chart and change the text direction of the vertical axis of bar chart in a "Format Axis" in the dialog box, as like shown in below screenshot:
