I am unable to customize my shortcuts in Excel. I followed the directions in this thread, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/customize-keyboard-shortcuts-9a92343e-a781-4d5a-92f1-0f32e3ba5b4d, but the 'Keyboard Shortcuts' with the Customize button does not exist at the bottom of the Options window in my Excel. I have expanded Options window as much as I can to see if it was hiding at the bottom.

Only Microsoft Word has this Customize button for the keyboard. It is not available for Excel.
You can assign a keyboard shortcut to macros, but not to built-in commands.
