i use access to sore client details, and also use Ring Central VOIP to call clustomers from the number stored

is there a way a button can be added to the form that when pressed would transfer to ring central and to dial out?

You could check for API's

If you find one available, you could incorporate it into a VBA function to do that, perhaps.
