This an example of what I want need!:

Data has 3000 lines. I am using conditional formatting on my pivot table (colors).

Next week, my data will increase the data by 300 lines. When I refresh my pivot table, the new entry doesn't have the color.

Is there a way to have the conditional formatting update automatically so when I refresh the new data has the colors?

Thank you

    Dear respected Tatiana Aloia (taloia),

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

I’m sorry you’re having a problem with Conditional formatting but based on your description we can work together to resolve it.

For the situation you encountered, we deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

It seems that in Excel for mac when you increase data the Conditional formatting colors not able to new added data lines. May I know if my understanding is correct?

Please make sure that the cell format (percentage, number) for the conditionally formatted cell is the same as the conditional format rule.

It'd help if you could attach/upload a copy of your Excel workbook, if you don’t mind and if it is convenient for you, could you please send copy of your document file to me so that I can look from my side, and I will check this behavior and help you to fix and verify the result with you.

I have initiate private message for you, if there is confidential information, then you can send it to me in Private Message (PM). you can access PM from the top right corner of this page, as shown in image below:
