    Dear Korrawit (MIS) Yunu,

Greetings! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

As per your description, you are having issue opening Office files, error prompts, might temporarily resolved after reboot and you have tried repair.

Based on the error message you're getting, we'd recommend you try following options to further narrow down and troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Please try Online Repair again to check the outcome: Open Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall a program, in the programs list, find your Office product, right click it and choose "Change", then choose Online Repair. Image After repair finished, restart your computer, then open an Excel file and check the outcome.  For your reference: Repair an Office application - Microsoft Support
    2. Please try Office safe mode to determine if the third party add-ins affect the office program.
    3. Please open your Windows under clean boot, a "clean boot" starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. How to perform a clean boot in Windows (microsoft.com)

If same error message persists, we do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it. We'd like to collect more information to help you further:

    1. Would you please share your operating system version with us?
    2. Would you please also share the version of your Office? Please open Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall a program, capture a screenshot of your Office, as shown below. Image

Thanks for your cooperation and understanding! We hope you stay safe and healthy always.

    Sincerely,

    Rhoda | Microsoft Community Moderator
