Sorry for the inconvenience. Where did you purchase your Microsoft 365 subscription from previously?
Please understand that you can only renew your subscription from the country it was purchased same as your payment method and information. However if you have changed your country, have you tried changing the region from Microsoft store.
If you are still experiencing this issue, you can contact Microsoft support to assist you in renewing your Microsoft subscription, use the steps below for guidance:
- Go to http://support.office.com/home/chat
- Describe your issue (Renew Microsoft subscription) and click 'Get Help'. Then scroll down to select Contact support.
- Select your product (Microsoft 365 and Office) and category (manage my subscription) > click Confirm.
- Click ‘Chat with support agent’ > Confirm.
- Click Start Chat.
