How to solve internal server error create order while setting up Microsoft office

After the confirmation of the product key, there is a message that said "Sorry, we cant set up your account right now".

    plz help me I got below error with code.

    As per your description, it seems like the error message appears when you try to redeem your product key.

    May I know if the error message is "Sorry, we can't set up your account right now. Hang on to your product key, and try again later"?

    If yes, according to this article Get help with product key errors on Office.com/setup - Microsoft Support**** the error means we can’t redeem your product key due to a billing issue with your Microsoft account. Please go to your Microsoft account, Payment & billing page, locate the Pay settings section, and select the link for Change how you pay or Fix how you pay.

    Thank you for your reply. I purchased the product key from the online apple store, and my credit card has been charged. When I go to "select the link for Change how you pay or Fix how you pay," it requires me to do the payment AGAIN. So what can I do to solve this problem? Thank you.
