Is there a way to create an "Other" answer with a corresponding free text box for multiple choice answers in a Forms Survey?

I have a survey with several multiple choice questions that require the respondent to answer other and then type in free text. I don't see a way to do this with the multiple choice answer option.

The work around I found was to create a following question that is a free text answer, but this is not ideal.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Microsoft Forms | For business

    Hi BLM,

Thank you for posting this question in Microsoft Community.

There is a Add 'Other' Option function to meet your situation.

Please pay attention that Add 'Other' Option support create form only. while you create quiz, Add 'Other' Option function is not available.

    Best Regards,
