Add a new server to a domain without applying any GPO.

Question

What is the proper way to add a new Windows Server to a domain (It will host oracle database, file share)
Without applying any GPOs. Even Default gpo..

Thanks for sharing here!
Based on my research, put the server on a specific OU , don't link any GPOs to it.And enable "block inheritance" the on the OU containing the new server as following:

But some policies can't be block on the default domain policy such as the :account policies.
