    Good day!! Thanks for posting your concern in this Microsoft Community.

    Per the description shared, I understand you are not able to access the file in your OneDrive and I would like to know whether you are able to access the files in the OneDrive when you access it in the InPrivate browser or a new browser?

    If still not, as there is no any related service incident from the Microsoft end, I would like to confirm whether other users in the organization have the same issue?
