My Data streamer stopped working

Hi,

My data streamer was working perfectly, and now I am not sure why it stopped working. When I select "Start Data", it doesn't do anything. After I unplugged the USB cable and plugged it back in, the start data button can now be selected, but no data is ever shown.

Please, if someone could help me out to solve this, I was reading data from the Arduino just fine before.... I am aware that the serial monitor needs to be closed from the Arduino, so that's not the problem. I've been trying to find any helpful info out there but nothing seemed to be of help for this corresponding issue.
