    Dear respected vijaychakka,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, it seems that you are trying to add custom webpart to SharePoint classic site. If my understanding is right, we’d love to help you, since our category mainly focus on SharePoint Online general and build-in queries, the question you mentioned is related to programming script/ code webparts for the SharePoint classic site.

To avoid any incorrect information and for you to be assisted properly, we sincerely recommend you go to Microsoft Q&A Community and post, which is the specific channel to handle such situation. You may use sharepoint-dev tag and office-sharepoint-online tag when" Ask a question". This is a specific channel related to issues with development/ programming. The engineers in related team will focus on your specific scenario and provide specific suggestions.

The reasons I ask you to post a new thread is that in Answers forum, we have limited resources and very little knowledge about programming and in Microsoft Q&A Communit, you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction.

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad
