How do I obtain the "Present" icon in Microsoft Forms? This appears to be a new feature, but isn't displayed in my Forms account yet. It should be located in the top right corner next to "Collect Responses."

Based on your description, "Present" option doesn't show in Forms on your side.
As far as we know, this new feature may be released to the worldwide on June 30, 2023. Given this situation, we suggest you could wait for a period of timetime.
