Hi there.

I'm trying to share a list with an other team member.

The list located in a specific site of the Team.

I shared the member with the list, but he can't see all the items in the list like I can.

When I'm checking the settings, he has a full access.

I tried to make a new display of the items and still.

Help will be appreciated.

Dvir

    Dear Dvir,

Thanks for writing back and sharing the updates.

As per the updates, I suggest you remove the user completely from the site and re-add the user to check the outcome:

Open the Site> Settings> Site Permissions> Advanced Permission Settings> Click on the member's group> In the URL, change 7 to 0 and click on enter> In the People and Groups page, check the problematic user and click on the Actions> Delete the User from the Site Collection> Reshare and ask the user to access the list from the InPrivate browser.

If this suggestion helps, please click on the helpful button as this will help other members of this community with related scenario.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Sophia.

I've checked the setting and they were enabled.

When I checked another list - It was fine!

So I try to understand why this specific list is problematic...

    Thanks

    Dear Dvir,

    Good day!!

As per the description shared, I understand your concern and I would like to confirm whether the problematic users can see only the items created by themselves. If yes, then the problem should be caused due to the setting in the Advanced Settings of the List. So, please check the following settings:

Open the List> Settings> List Settings> Advanced Settings> Check whether the option for Read Items is selected Read all items. If not, please enable the option and save the settings to see the outcome.

If the scenario is not as same explained in the first paragraph, I would like to know whether there is any audience targeting set on the items in the List.

Last, does the problem happens with a specific list or all lists in SharePoint Online?

Thanks for your understanding and patience!!

    Best Regards,
