Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Mary, thanks for coming into the forums. I'm also a user like you and will happily help you to the best of my knowledge.
Please log in with your Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to see what are charges for. If you don't see the charge under your account, your card may be associated with another account such as from a family member. You can cancel it at https://account.microsoft.com/services/
Please click the link below for the complete guide on how to investigate a charge, you can also use the inbuilt troubleshooter by clicking the Start button. This troubleshooter also helps you contact Microsoft support when required. They are the ones who can help find the account associated with the card and charges and process a refund.

I hope this helps. If you require further information, please don’t hesitate to get in contact. I will be more than happy to assist you further.
Kind Regards Myk
