Can't sync OneNote app

My note hasn't synced since I updated the OneNote app. It always shows this error message: OneNote can't connect to the server. Sync will resume once we connect. You don't need to take any action. (Error code: 0xE000006B b6d09)

I have checked my internet connection by using OneNote on 2 other devices which are my iPad and iPhone, also using OneNote Online to work on my note and it synced normally.
My current OneNote build: Microsoft® OneNote® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2304 Build 16.0.16327.20200) 64-bit

My current version of Windows: Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2 OS build 22621.1635

    Hi Gunasekar, I have gotten my note to be synced back by closing the note and open it back again through OneNote Online
