i bought the microsoft 365 basic from google play and yet not redeemed. what do i do?

I bought the microsoft 365 basic from google play on monthly payments because my storage was full. Yet , after two months, i received an email that my account on hotmail is full. The capacity is showing again 5 Gb and the bought storage was 100 Gb. i contacted microsoft support and they were extremely helpful, however, they couldnt fix my problem cause i bought the microsoft basic from google play and not microsoft. Moreover, they advised me to contact google play support and yet and couldnt reach them cause there support is built on customized questions and there is no support chat.

Can you help me? My email is blocked since 3 days

I understand that you are having issues redeeming your Microsoft 365 basic subscription.

Could you please confirm if the subscription is active or redeemed from your Microsoft account?

• Go to www.onedrive.com using any web browser and click settings > Storage.
• You might see a page like this.

• You can delete unwanted Outlook e-mails and attachments using the delete Outlook attachments option to free up space. (OR)
• Check if the storage is reflected in your account.

If the storage is not reflected, check the Google play transaction. If it is not debited, you can renew the subscription again.

Note- We do not have access to your Microsoft accounts and option to enable emails from your account.
