In Microsoft Purview two admins on my team are currently unable to download Data Loss Prevention (DLP) scan result files, and they both receive the same error message when attempting to do so. A screenshot of this error message is attached below.

Dear J.P. Smith

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you!

Based on your description, given that your issue involves administrator privileges and both administrators within your organization get this error, then the problem is most likely related to the server backend. Since our community lacks access to repair tools and some knowledge and experience, so to better help you and not waste more time, please kindly try to create a service ticket in the Microsoft 365 admin center to support > service requests through navigation, as they have more access permissions than on this forum, and professional engineers will further help you.

Note: Please kindly use admin account to login Microsoft 365 admin center.

Thanks in advance for your understanding! Your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated. Hope you all the best!

Sincerely,

Kerry Chen | Microsoft Community Moderator
