    Hi MICKY C,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I am Blessing, an independent advisor here and a Microsoft user like you.

Sorry for the inconvenience, Microsoft says Users might be experiencing problems when calling mobiles and landlines from Skype.

According to Microsoft: "Specifically, some Microsoft 365 user subscriptions may not be getting their free 60 minutes of Skype calling credits, thus resulting in issues when calling mobiles and landlines from Skype."

And a workaround, Microsoft 365 users may proceed with activating their Skype subscription manually by following the activation steps in https://www.skype.com/en/office/get-skype/ or by reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.

To reach out to Microsoft support, go to http://support.office.com/home/chat

Find link to check for updates with this issue from Microsoft: https://portal.office.com/servicestatus

    Hope this helps!
